The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated SingaporeAdroit (0-1) against first ranked Taiwanese Kings on Tuesday night. Kings were rolled over by Taiwanese Kings (2-1) 105-65 . Kings dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Adroit 's 30. Kings looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Adroit 's players. Guard Pei-Kai Su (187-1999) fired 21 points and 4 assists for the winners. Nigerian-American guard Michael Efevberha (195-1984, college: CSUN) chipped in 19 points and 4 assists. Five Kings players scored in double figures. Kings' coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Leon Kwek (190-1996) produced 18 points and 5 rebounds and Ukrainian swingman Sergii Pryimak (204-1996, agency: BIG) added 8 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Kings maintains first position with 2-1 record. Defending Singapore champion Adroit still closes the standings with one game lost. They share the position with Hitech. Kings will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Adroit will play at home against the league's second-placed Xac Broncos and hopes to get finally their first victory.
